õhtutiHe is a cooperative online platform and cultural initiative focused on after-hours writing, discussion, and exchange within the Estonian-speaking cultural community. Origin and development: Founded in 2018 in Tallinn by a loose collective of writers, educators, and technologists, õhtutiHe grew out of a desire to create accessible spaces for thoughtful reflection outside daytime institutions. It is run by volunteers, with an editorial board and rotating curators; submissions are accepted from anyone and published after review.
