An årsmöte is the annual general meeting of a Swedish non-profit association, ekonomisk förening, förening, stiftelse or similar member-based organization. It is the main formal assembly where members review the past year’s activities, approve the financial statements, and determine the direction and governance for the coming year. In the context of an aktiebolag, the equivalent term is usually årsstämma.
