Üstlepárlók

Üstlepárlók are specialized distillation apparatus used in various chemical and industrial processes. The term, derived from Hungarian, roughly translates to "pot stills" or "vessel distillers." These devices are characterized by their robust construction, typically made of metal, and their cylindrical or pot-shaped design. The primary function of an üstlepárló is to separate components of a liquid mixture through controlled heating and condensation.

The process begins with the liquid mixture being placed into the main body of the üstlepárló, known as the pot or kettle. Heat is then applied, usually from the bottom, causing the more volatile components to vaporize. These vapors rise and travel through a connected system of tubes, often including a condenser. In the condenser, the vapors are cooled, typically by circulating water, causing them to return to a liquid state.
