Ügymenet

Ügymenet is a Hungarian term used to describe the procedural flow by which a case in public administration is processed from submission to decision. The compound derives from ügy (case or matter) and menet (course or progression). In practice, ügymenet refers to the standard workflow that a file or case follows within an agency, including documentation, verification, assessment, decision, and communication with the applicant.
