Õliradiaatorid

Õliradiaatorid, also known as oil-filled radiators or oil heaters, are a type of electric space heater. They consist of a series of metal fins or a central heating element encased in a sealed metal casing filled with a special heat-conducting oil. When the heater is switched on, the electric element heats the oil, which then circulates through the fins. These fins radiate heat into the surrounding air, warming the room.

The oil acts as a heat reservoir, allowing the radiator to continue emitting heat for a period even after it has been switched off. This characteristic provides a more consistent and gentle warmth compared to some other electric heaters that produce heat rapidly but also cool down quickly. Õliradiaatorid are generally considered quiet in operation, as they do not have fans to generate noise. They are also often seen as a safer option in homes with children or pets because their surfaces typically do not become as excessively hot as other types of heaters.
