wysycha

Wysycha is the present tense, third-person singular form of the Polish imperfective verb wysychać. It means to dry up, to dry out, or to become dry, and can refer to moisture leaving a substance or to a decrease in water content in natural or artificial contexts. The term can be used literally for soils, plants, fabrics, or bodies of water, and sometimes metaphorically for resources or situations that are diminishing.

Conjugation and closely related forms: as an imperfective verb, wysychać yields forms such as ja wysycham, ty wysychasz, on/ona/ono wysycha, my wysychamy, wy wysychacie, oni/one wysychają.
