Wydzielana is a Polish term used primarily in biology and medicine to describe a substance or fluid that has been secreted by cells, tissues, or glands. It derives from the verb wydzielać (to secrete, to release) and functions as a feminine singular passive participle, often used as an adjective or in predicate constructions. For example: Insulina jest wydzielana przez komórki beta trzustki (Insulin is secreted by beta cells of the pancreas).

The word is closely related to the noun sekrecja (secretion). While sekrecja refers to the process of producing and releasing substances, wydzielana emphasizes the result—the substance that has been secreted.
