vizeletürítési
Vizeletürítési, also known as urination or micturition, is the process by which urine is expelled from the body. This complex physiological function involves the coordinated action of the urinary system, primarily the bladder and urethra, along with neural signals from the brain and spinal cord. The bladder, a muscular organ, stores urine produced by the kidneys. As the bladder fills, stretch receptors within its walls send signals to the brain, creating the sensation of needing to urinate. When the appropriate time and place are determined, the brain sends signals to relax the external urethral sphincter, a muscular valve that controls the voluntary release of urine, and to contract the detrusor muscle of the bladder wall. This coordinated contraction and relaxation expels urine from the bladder through the urethra and out of the body. Factors influencing vizeletürítési include fluid intake, diet, certain medications, and underlying medical conditions. Dysfunctional vizeletürítési can manifest in various ways, such as increased frequency, urgency, incontinence, or difficulty emptying the bladder. These issues often warrant medical evaluation to identify and address the root cause.
