Varustelleet is a Finnish verb form derived from varustella, meaning to equip or outfit. It is the perfect active participle (perfekti-partisiippi) of a verb in the -ella class, formed on the stem varustell- with the participle suffix -eet. The form is used with the auxiliary olla to express the present perfect in third-person plural: Hallitukset ovat varustelleet joukot, meaning the governments have equipped the troops.
