In philosophy and science, unverifiable statements are often discussed in relation to verifiability and falsifiability. Verifiability concerns whether a claim can be confirmed by evidence, while falsifiability (as emphasized by Karl Popper) concerns whether a claim can be logically refuted by potential observations. Unverifiability, in this sense, indicates that no feasible test or observation can determine the truth or falsehood of the claim under consideration.
