Tööasutused, also known as workplaces or establishments, refer to any organized entity where individuals engage in professional, vocational, or employment-related activities. In the context of Estonian labor law and social security systems, tööasutused play a crucial role in regulating employment relationships, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and contributing to social security funds.

In Estonia, a tööasutus can be a company, organization, or institution—whether public or private—that employs workers.
