Tvrenje is a small settlement situated in the western part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, within the municipality of Kupres in Canton 6 of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The village lies in a valley surrounded by the Dinaric Alps, at an altitude of approximately 1,200 metres above sea level. According to the 2013 census, the population comprised 84 residents, primarily of Bosniak and Croat descent. The local economy is mainly based on subsistence agriculture, with small-scale livestock breeding and forestry activities common among the inhabitants.
