Tusseja is the Finnish plural form of tussi, meaning marker or felt-tip pen. In Finnish usage, tussi refers to a writing instrument that dispenses ink through a porous nib by capillary action, producing lines on paper and other porous surfaces. Tusseja are widely used in education, art, and labeling, and come in many varieties.

Types include water-based markers, alcohol-based markers, and pigment-based markers. Water-based markers tend to be washable and low-odor, making them common in schools.
