Tulemuslikkus is the Estonian noun referring to the quality or state of being effective, i.e., the extent to which a process, program, or organization achieves its intended outcomes. The word is formed from tulemus (result, outcome) and the abstract noun suffix -likkus, producing the sense “the quality of being result-oriented or effective.” The instrumental form tulemuslikkusega means “with effectiveness” and is used to describe circumstances, methods, or approaches that emphasize results.
