Applications span plumbing, automotive and aerospace systems, industrial machinery, hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, and electronic enclosures. Tightseals are used to contain fluids or gases in pipelines, pressure vessels, valves, and connectors, where leaks would be undesirable or hazardous and containment is essential.

Brand usage: Several manufacturers market products under TightSeal names or describe their solutions as tight-sealing to indicate high integrity.
