teleoperativ
Teleoperativ refers to the remote control of a machine or system by an operator situated away from the device. It combines a human–machine interface, a communication link, and a remote unit equipped with actuators and sensors, enabling the operator to perform tasks without being physically present. Teleoperation can be fully manual, with the operator directly commanding the remote system, or supervisory, where the operator sets goals and algorithms execute the motions.
Key components include the control interface (joysticks, haptic devices, consoles), the communication channel (wired, wireless, satellite)
Control approaches vary from direct teleoperation to shared or semi-autonomous control, where automation handles routine sub-tasks
Important challenges include latency, which can degrade performance; reliability and safety; cybersecurity; and operator workload and
