Teisena is a fictional city-state in the realm of Eldoria, a setting used in contemporary fantasy literature and role-playing games. It lies on a crescent bay along the eastern coastline of the continent of Valora, with a steep escarpment behind it and a broad harbor in front. The name is said to derive from Old Teisan roots tei, water, and sena, horizon, reflecting its long maritime tradition.

Teisena combines a walled medieval core with a later harbor district and a hillside terrace town. The climate is temperate, with dry summers and wet winters, and fog often pools in the harbor at dawn.

Founded as a trading post in the early medieval era, Teisena grew through seaborne commerce and shipbuilding. It gained de facto independence during a century of regional conflicts and later joined a regional confederation for defense and trade.
