Tähelülituskolmnurk, also known as a delta connection or mesh connection, is a method of connecting electric circuit components, particularly in three-phase AC power systems. In this configuration, the components, such as inductors or capacitors, are connected in a closed loop, forming a triangle. Each component is connected across the terminals of the other two components. This arrangement is distinct from a star connection, where one terminal of each component is connected to a common neutral point.

The delta connection is commonly used in the primary and secondary windings of transformers for three-phase applications. It offers certain advantages, including the ability to operate even if one winding is open, though with reduced power output. In power distribution, delta connections can sometimes lead to higher voltage imbalances between phases compared to star connections, especially under uneven load conditions. The voltage across each component in a delta connection is equal to the line-to-line voltage of the system. The line current, however, is the vector sum of the currents in the two connected windings. This type of connection is often chosen for its ability to handle high currents and its inherent robustness.
