szemüveglencse (glasses lenses) are the optical elements of eyeglasses that correct vision or provide protection for the eyes. In safety eyewear, the lenses are often impact‑resistant and may incorporate chemical, UV, or ballistic protection.

The choice of lens material and coatings depends on the wearer’s needs, budget, and lifestyle. Replacements and upgrades are common, especially with advances in optical technology that improve clarity, comfort, and protective features.
