A slushie, slush, or slushy is a frozen beverage made from flavored syrup or juice blended with ice to produce a semi-solid, icy drink. It is typically served in opaque cups with a wide straw.

Commercially, slushies are produced with frozen beverage machines that shave ice or crush ice and mix it with flavored syrup to maintain a granular, slushy texture. Home versions use crushed ice and syrup, or use a blender with crushed ice.

In the United States and Canada, the term slushie or slushy is common; brand names include Slurpee (7-Eleven) and ICEE. In some markets the drink is simply called a frozen slush, snow cone beverage, or granita-like beverage. Flavors typically include fruit flavors such as cherry, blue raspberry, and lemon-lime, as well as cola and other sodas.

The concept derives from shaved ice desserts and snow cones, with frozen beverage machines becoming popular in the mid-20th century, especially in convenience stores and movie theaters. The Slurpee brand dates to the 1960s, while ICEE began in the 1960s as well.

Slushies are usually high in sugar and calories; some shops offer sugar-free syrups, fruit juice-based versions, or dairy-based variants. Similar beverages include granita, shaved ice, and snow cones, which use different textures and ingredients.
