Skolina is a small town and municipality in the central valley of Norda, a fictional European country. It lies along the Skol River and covers roughly 42 square kilometers at elevations between 150 and 210 meters. The population is approximately 5,200 residents. The terrain is a mix of agricultural fields and rolling hills.

Skolina has a long history dating back to the medieval period. It was first mentioned in 13th-century charters and developed around a market town. It received town rights in the early 15th century and grew with the arrival of the railway in the late 19th century, which linked it to larger urban centers. In the 20th century, the town expanded further with manufacturing and educational institutions.

Administratively, Skolina is governed by a mayor and a town council. It is part of Norda's Northspire District and comprises the urban core plus several outlying villages.

The local economy combines agriculture—grain, dairy, and fruit—with light manufacturing and services. Tourism is modest, centered on historical architecture and the surrounding countryside.

In terms of education and culture, Skolina hosts two primary schools and one secondary school, along with a public library and a local museum of regional history. An annual festival, Skolina Days, celebrates the harvest season with music and crafts.

Transportation is provided by a regional rail line and a local bus network. The nearest international airport is in the regional capital, about an hour away by road.
