Reserviläisten is the Finnish term referring to members of the reserve component of the Finnish Defence Forces. The word is formed from reservi (reserve) and -läinen, and in usage denotes those who have completed initial military service and remain in a trained, readily mobilizable pool of personnel. Reservists are typically civilians who can be recalled for training or active duty as part of national defense.

The reserve provides manpower and expertise to complement the regular armed forces.
