In the context of technology, reproduction refers to the process of making duplicates or copies of data, images, sounds, or physical objects. For example, a printer reproduces documents, and a CD copier reproduces music discs. The fidelity of reproduction, meaning how accurately the copy matches the original, is often a key consideration.
