Asexual

Asexuality is a sexual orientation defined by a lack of sexual attraction to other people, or by a very low or absent interest in sexual activity. It is distinct from celibacy, which is a voluntary choice to refrain from sex, and from sexual dysfunction. Asexual people may still experience other forms of attraction, such as romantic, emotional, or aesthetic attraction.

The asexual spectrum includes a variety of experiences. Gray-asexuality describes people who rarely experience sexual attraction,

Romantic attraction is not universal among aces. Some asexual people are aromantic (not experiencing romantic attraction)

Community and research: The term asexual is widely used by individuals and communities. The Asexual Visibility
