Provider supplied, sometimes written as provider-supplied or providersupplied, is a term used in procurement and service delivery to describe goods, equipment, software, or services that are supplied directly by the service provider as part of a contract or service arrangement. The term highlights which components are provided by the vendor rather than by the customer.

The concept is commonly used in information technology, telecommunications, and managed services, where a provider may supply hardware such as servers or network devices, software licenses, or full managed solutions. It also appears in healthcare and other industries where a supplier delivers devices, disposables, or services under an arrangement with a client. In cloud and hosted environments, provider-supplied elements may include base infrastructure, virtual machine images, configurations, and support services.

Contracts and service-level agreements typically specify the scope of provider-supplied items, ownership of assets, installation and integration responsibilities, maintenance and updates, warranties, and response times for incidents. Clarifying what is provider-supplied helps allocate accountability for performance, repairs, replacements, and end-of-life disposition, as well as determine the applicability of provider support versus customer responsibilities.
