Pozytywne is a term that can refer to several concepts, primarily in philosophy and in the context of the positive sciences. In philosophy, the term is most strongly associated with August Comte and his school of thought, Positivism. Positivism, as a philosophical theory, posits that the only authentic knowledge is scientific knowledge, and that such knowledge can only come from positive affirmation of theories through the scientific method.
