pHkontrol is a term used to describe automated systems designed to maintain the pH of liquids within a specified range. These systems are used in various settings, including water treatment, agriculture, and industrial processing, to ensure chemical stability, product quality, and biological health by keeping pH within defined limits.

A typical pHkontrol setup includes a pH sensor, often with temperature compensation, a control unit with a user-settable pH target, and dosing equipment such as acid and base pumps connected to one or more reservoirs. The control unit continuously reads the pH, compares it to the setpoint, and commands the pumps to inject precise amounts of acid or alkali.
