Osatulot is a town and municipality in the fictional country of Eldoria, located on the northeastern shore of Lake Serin near the border with Morin Province. The municipality covers about 42 square kilometers and includes the town of Osatulot proper as well as several small rural settlements.

The name Osatulot is believed to derive from the Osatu language, with a suffix that denotes a settlement. Local lore also preserves a legend linking the name to an ancient harbor spirit, though linguistic evidence remains inconclusive.

Geographically, Osatulot lies in a sheltered coastal cove with limestone cliffs and a naturally protected harbor. The surrounding area combines coastal plains with terraced hillsides used for small-scale farming. The climate is temperate, with mild winters and relatively cool summers; average annual precipitation is around 900 millimeters.

Historically, the community developed as a fishing village in the Middle Ages and gained municipal status in the 19th century. The harbor facilitated trade with inland regions and across the lake, contributing to the town’s growth. In the modern era, Osatulot has diversified its economy to include fish processing, tourism, and crafts, while maintaining its role as a local service center for surrounding rural communities.

Culltural and civic life centers on the harbor and market square. Notable landmarks include the Osatulot Lighthouse, the Maritime Heritage Museum, and the town hall. An annual Festival of the Tides features traditional music, boat races, and local foods, drawing visitors from across the region.

Governance is provided by a municipal council of 11 members, led by a mayor. Public transportation includes a regional bus line and a short ferry link to the nearby inland port; the nearest airport is Eldoria International, located about 60 kilometers away.
