OGAC, or the Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator and Health Diplomacy, is a U.S. government office within the Department of State responsible for coordinating international HIV/AIDS policy and diplomacy, primarily through the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).
