OEI stands for the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture. It is a regional intergovernmental organization that brings together Ibero-American governments to promote cooperation in education, science, and culture. The OEI operates to foster policy dialogue, capacity-building, research, and exchange programs across member states.
