Nitroglicerinnal, also written as nitroglycerin or glyceryl trinitrate, is a chemical compound with the formula C3H5N3O9. It is a volatile, oily liquid at room temperature that is highly sensitive to heat, shock, and friction and can detonate when subjected to strong stimuli. Because of its instability, it is handled under strict safety controls and stored in suitable containers.

It is produced by the nitration of glycerol using a mixture of nitric and sulfuric acids. The substance has historically been used as an ingredient in explosives; when stabilized with inert materials it forms dynamite, a widely used industrial explosive.
