nieuruchomiony

Nieuruchomiony is a Polish adjective used to describe a thing that has not been started or launched. It is commonly applied in information technology, engineering, and system administration to indicate a state in which a program, service, device, or process has not yet begun operation.

Etymology and form: the word is formed from the prefix nie- meaning "not" and the past participle uruchomiony, derived from the verb uruchomić "to start" or "to launch." In standard Polish it is written as a single word, nieuruchomiony, though stylistic variations may occur in technical texts.

Usage: nieuruchomiony describes software or hardware that is installed but not yet executed or booted, as well as processes, services, or systems that have not been activated.
