Neutralas are a fictional class of neutral, non-electromagnetic mediators posited in speculative physics and science fiction. In the common framework, neutralas are envisioned as carriers that can transmit energy or information without participating in electromagnetic interactions, making them difficult to detect with conventional experiments. They are typically described as bosons with vanishing or very small electric charge and a weak coupling to ordinary matter.

In theoretical discussions, neutralas are used to explore how interactions might occur in the absence of electromagnetism and to probe ideas about hidden or dark sectors. Some models treat neutralas as mediators of a proposed neutro-weak force, while others describe them as composite or emergent phenomena arising from deeper physics.
