In music and performing arts, multivenue festivals present acts on separate stages, while audiences may switch venues or watch simultaneous streams. In conferences, parallel tracks run in different rooms or venues, with centralized scheduling and content management.

Planning and logistics: central programming, venue selection, transportation, wayfinding, accessibility, and ticketing. Coordinating schedules to minimize conflict, ensuring audience access, and coordinating security and insurance are critical.

Technology and production: multi-site AV systems, live feeds, remote production teams, streaming platforms, and synchronized cues. Event management software may coordinate tickets, badges, and data across venues.

Advantages and challenges: advantages include higher capacity, regional reach, brand coherence, and flexibility; challenges include higher costs, complex logistics, travel, and ensuring a cohesive experience across venues.
