Muine, also written Mui Ne, is a coastal town in Bình Thuận Province in southern Vietnam. It forms part of Phan Thiết City and lies along the southeast coast on the South China Sea. Once a small fishing village, Muine developed into a popular resort area from the 1990s, with hotels, villas, and tourist facilities expanding to serve domestic and international visitors.

The area is known for its climate and landscapes: a hot, tropical coastal climate with a defined dry season from November to March and a wetter period from May to October. The landscape is marked by the nearby White Sand Dunes and Red Sand Dunes, which draw visitors for dune bashing, sledding, and photography. Muine is also a hub for wind- and water-sports, particularly windsurfing and kitesurfing, aided by steady sea breezes most months. A working fishing port and nearby seafood markets supply fresh seafood and contribute to local cuisine.

Economically, Muine relies on tourism, fishing, and related services. The town offers accommodations ranging from guesthouses to mid-range and luxury resorts, along with restaurants, markets, and souvenir shops. Transportation is primarily by road from Ho Chi Minh City and other parts of southern Vietnam; the nearest major airport is in Ho Chi Minh City, and there is no large commercial airport in Muine. Access from Phan Thiết and along National Route 1A connects visitors to the dunes and coastal attractions.
