mittejärgimine

Mittejärgimine is the Estonian term for non-compliance, the failure to comply with duties imposed by law, regulation, contract, or official policy. It covers situations where a person or organization does not fulfill required actions, deadlines, or standards, ranging from simple administrative omissions to deliberate evasion of obligations.

It is used across administrative, corporate, and public-law contexts.
