Meditacija is a practice where an individual uses a technique such as mindfulness, or to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Various meditation techniques exist, often grouped into focused attention and open monitoring. Focused attention meditation involves concentrating on a single object, such as the breath, a mantra, or a physical sensation, and gently redirecting the mind back when it wanders. Open monitoring, also known as mindfulness meditation, involves observing thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and the surrounding environment without judgment.
