maniahypomaniaan
Maniahypomaniaan refers to a state characterized by elevated mood, increased energy, and sometimes racing thoughts or decreased need for sleep. It is a core component of bipolar disorder, existing on a spectrum with mania. Hypomania is a less severe form of mania, typically lasting for at least four consecutive days. During a hypomanic episode, individuals may experience inflated self-esteem, talkativeness, distractibility, and increased goal-directed activity. While these changes can sometimes lead to increased productivity or creativity, they can also result in impulsive behavior, poor judgment, and interpersonal difficulties. Unlike full mania, hypomania does not usually involve psychotic features or require hospitalization.
The exact cause of maniahypomaniaan is not fully understood but is believed to involve a complex interplay
