Longicirrhus is a genus of small, arboreal mammals belonging to the family Cricetidae. The genus currently contains a single species, Longicirrhus parvus. These rodents are native to the cloud forests of the Andes mountains in South America. They are characterized by their long, prehensile tails, which are almost as long as their bodies, and their delicate, clawed feet adapted for climbing. Their fur is typically a soft, grayish-brown color, providing camouflage against tree bark.

Longicirrhus are nocturnal and primarily herbivorous, feeding on leaves, buds, and fruits found in their arboreal habitat. Their diet is supplemented by occasional insects.
