Latinisoituna is a constructed language (conlang) created as a linguistic and cultural experimentation. It combines Latin-inspired vocabulary with features drawn from a fictional regional background, and it is associated with a small online community that began publishing materials in the early 2020s. The name blends Latin heritage with the imagined homeland of Ituna, a world-building element within the project.

Phonology and writing are anchored in a Latin-based script augmented with diacritics to indicate vowel quality and stress. The phonemic inventory draws on Romance-language patterns, with a mild set of consonants and vowels designed for clarity in pronunciation and learning. Orthography tends toward phonemic spelling, aiming for a straightforward mapping between sounds and letters.

Grammar is described as predominantly analytic with limited inflection. Verbs mark tense and mood using a compact set of affixes, while nouns may display optional endings that signal grammatical function such as subject or object. Word order is chiefly subject–verb–object (SVO), but the language allows flexibility for emphasis or topicality, aided by clitics and case-like markers in longer phrases.

Usage and status: Latinisoituna maintains a modest online following and a small body of resources, including a grammar sketch, a basic lexicon, and sample texts. It is generally regarded as a hobbyist project rather than a widely used lingua franca, with contributors regularly proposing revisions and additions to expand the system.
