Kuljetuskerroksiin, often translated as transport layers or carrying layers, refers to the conceptual layers within a communication system that are responsible for moving data from a source to a destination. UDP, on the other hand, offers a faster but less reliable service, where data may be lost or arrive out of order. It is often used for real-time applications like streaming audio and video, and online gaming. The choice between TCP and UDP depends on the specific requirements of the application.
