Krielkippen, also known as bantam chickens, are small domestic fowl. They are essentially miniature versions of their larger counterparts, often appearing as if they are a scaled-down breed. Despite their size, they are kept for similar reasons as standard chickens, including egg production, ornamental value, and companionship. Krielkippen lay smaller eggs than full-sized chickens, though some breeds can be surprisingly prolific layers for their size.
