kokybeisuch
Kokybeisuch is a genus of extinct crocodylomorphs that lived during the Late Jurassic epoch. Fossil remains of Kokybeisuch have been found in the Morrison Formation of North America. This ancient reptile is believed to have been a relatively small, terrestrial predator. Its exact phylogenetic position within the crocodylomorph lineage is still a subject of ongoing research, but it is generally considered to be a member of the Ziphosuchia or a closely related group.
The known fossils of Kokybeisuch are fragmentary, consisting mainly of skull elements and some postcranial material.
