Koherensspridningstekniker, often translated as Coherent Spread Spectrum (CSS), are a family of radio frequency communication techniques that utilize a specific type of signal modulation. Unlike traditional spread spectrum methods that spread a signal over a wide frequency band by direct sequence or frequency hopping, CSS modulates the signal's phase and/or frequency in a way that creates a more concentrated spectral spread.
