kiirteed
Kiirteed are a category of high-speed roads in Estonia. They form part of the national road network and are designed to provide faster, safer travel between major towns and regions. Kiirteed are typically dual carriageways with limited access and grade-separated interchanges, allowing higher design speeds than ordinary rural roads. They are built or upgraded from existing routes and are signposted as kiirtee, often in combination with European route numbers where applicable.
