Kiemurtelevilla refers to a set of Finnish laws and regulations that govern the protection of end-of-life vehicles and other scrapped or discarded vehicles. The term "kiemurtelevilla" is a compound of two Finnish words, "kiemurtele" meaning to scrape or debez to disintegrate, and "villa" meaning false, fake, or forged.

Under the Finnish Trade Register, a vehicle aged over 10 years is considered a kiemurtelevilla when it is sold or registered with a false or altered identity, often with a fake or modified history to avoid stricter regulations associated with newer vehicles. Enforcement of these regulations primarily targets organized crime rings and companies that practice systematic deception and misuse chemical processes to conceal a vehicle's age or other impurities resulting from disposal processes.

As a regulation, kiemurtelevilla aims to ensure public safety while providing environmentally friendly ways to ship hazardous waste to designated sites. It serves also to prevent acts of misuse and circumvention of current regulations on order to profit. Presently, this regulation remains uncodified in current law, although submissions to Finnish courts suggest to alter these unless better approaches are discovered.
