kafeoylarin
Kafeoylarin, commonly known as Turkish coffee, is a traditional coffee preparation method originating from the Ottoman Empire. It is made by finely grinding coffee beans to a powder-like consistency and brewing them in a special pot called a *cezve* or *ibrik*. The coffee is served unfiltered, allowing the grounds to settle at the bottom of the cup, creating a rich, concentrated flavor. Unlike other coffee preparation methods, kafeoylarin is typically served in small, demitasse cups and is often accompanied by a glass of water to cleanse the palate.
The preparation process involves adding finely ground coffee, sugar (if desired), and hot water to the cezve.
Kafeoylarin is not only a beverage but also a cultural ritual in Turkey and many other countries
