Kütusepihusti, also known as a fuel injector, is a critical component in modern internal combustion engines. Its primary function is to precisely spray fuel into the engine's combustion chamber or intake manifold. This controlled delivery of fuel is essential for efficient combustion, optimal engine performance, and reduced emissions. There are several types of kütusepihustid, with the most common being port fuel injection (PFI) and direct injection (DI). The nozzle's design atomizes the fuel into a fine mist, which mixes efficiently with air, leading to a more complete and cleaner burn. A malfunctioning kütusepihusti can lead to rough idling, poor acceleration, increased fuel consumption, and engine misfires.
