Jalgpalliväljakud are the designated playing areas for the sport of football (soccer). These pitches are typically rectangular and are covered with either natural grass or artificial turf. The dimensions of a jalgpalliväljak can vary slightly depending on the governing body and the level of play, but there are standard guidelines. The length of a professional football pitch is generally between 100 and 110 meters (110-120 yards), and the width is between 64 and 75 meters (70-80 yards). For international matches, these dimensions might be more strictly defined.

Each jalgpalliväljak is marked with white lines that delineate the boundaries of the playing area. These include the touchlines (long sides) and the goal lines (short sides). The halfway line divides the pitch into two equal halves, and a center circle with a radius of 9.15 meters (10 yards) is marked around the center spot. At each end of the pitch, a penalty area, also known as the 18-yard box, is marked. Within the penalty area, a smaller goal area, or 6-yard box, is located. The penalty mark, or penalty spot, is situated 11 meters (12 yards) from the midpoint of the goal line.

Goals, typically 7.32 meters (8 yards) wide and 2.44 meters (8 feet) high, are positioned centrally on each goal line.
