Integrityas is a nonprofit organization that promotes ethical practices and accountability worldwide. Founded in 2014 by a coalition of business leaders, ethicists and policy experts, the organization aims to establish a common framework for integrity in corporate governance, supply chain management and public administration. Its core mission is to provide tools, training, and certification programs that help organizations measure, manage and improve their integrity performance.

The organization publishes a set of Integrityas Standards, which outline minimum requirements for transparency, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. These standards are aligned with the United Nations Global Compact, ISO 37001 Anti-bribery management and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. Integrityas also offers a tiered certification process, from Basic Integrity Audits to Comprehensive Integrity Assurance Programs, allowing firms to benchmark themselves against industry peers.

Integrityas collaborates with universities, think tanks and government agencies to conduct research on best practices in ethics and compliance. Its annual Integrity Report reviews trends in corporate misconduct, corruption and emerging regulatory developments. The organization also runs a Fellowship Programme to support emerging leaders in the integrity field, emphasizing cross-sector collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Membership spans more than 300 companies and 20 governments, and representation includes both developed and developing economies, reflecting an inclusive approach. Intentionally neutral, the organization steers clear of political partisanship while emphasizing evidence-based improvement of corporate conduct and public trust.
